Terms of use
These terms are the agreement between you and Kazi for using Kazi. By creating an account you agree to them and to our privacy policy.
Your account
You must be 18 or older and give a true email address. You are responsible for what happens under your account. Tell us at once if someone else has got into it.
What Kazi does
Kazi gives you digital teammates: one builds your brand and designs your posts, one plans and writes your posts, and one answers your customers on WhatsApp. You stay in charge. Posts wait for your approval unless you turn that off, and you decide what is shared.
The teammates are automated and can make mistakes. Read what they make before you share it, and check prices, stock and promises before you rely on a reply. You are responsible for what your business publishes and promises.
Kazi Actions
- Most things your teammates make use one Kazi Action. You start with free Actions, and you can buy more on our website.
- If a result could not be made, the Action is given back automatically.
- Actions are shared by all the businesses on your account, do not expire, and cannot be turned into money or moved to another account.
- Prices are shown before you pay. If you paid and did not receive what you bought, write to us and we will put it right or refund you.
What you may not do
- Sell or promote anything illegal, or anything you have no right to sell.
- Send spam, harass people, or mislead customers.
- Upload pictures or text you have no right to use.
- Try to break, overload or get around the service, or use it to harm others.
- Break the rules of WhatsApp or any other service you connect.
You can link your WhatsApp number so your assistant can answer customers. This uses a connection that WhatsApp has not officially approved for this purpose, so WhatsApp may limit or block a number at any time. Use a number you can afford to lose, and do not link a number you cannot replace. We are not responsible for a restriction WhatsApp places on your number.
Your content
What you add (your products, photos, brand choices) and what is made for you with it is yours. You give us permission to store, process and show it as needed to run Kazi for you, including by the providers named in the privacy policy.
Availability and changes
We work to keep Kazi running but cannot promise it will never be down. We may change or stop features. If we end the service, we will give notice and a way to take your pictures with you.
Our responsibility
We give Kazi “as is”. To the extent the law allows, we are not responsible for lost sales, lost profit or indirect loss, and our responsibility to you for any claim is limited to what you paid us in the 6 months before it. Nothing here limits rights you have by law that cannot be limited.
Ending
You can stop at any time and delete your account in the app. We may suspend an account that breaks these terms or puts others at risk.
