Delete your Kazi account

In the app (fastest)

1. Open Kazi and tap your picture at the top right of Home.
2. Scroll down and tap Delete account.
3. Type DELETE and confirm.

It happens at once and cannot be undone.

By email

If you cannot open the app, write to hello@kazi.app from the email address you signed up with, with the subject “Delete my Kazi account”. We will delete it and confirm within 30 days.

What is deleted

• Your sign-in and profile.
• All your businesses, with their brand choices, products, pictures, posts and notes.
• Your customers’ details and chats, and your connected WhatsApp login.
• Your remaining Kazi Actions. They cannot be refunded or moved once the account is deleted.

What is kept

• Payment records (reference, amount, date), without your name or email, because accounting rules require them.
• Safety backups, which are overwritten within 14 days.
